计算机视觉传感技术在焊接中的应用

摘    要:随着视觉传感、图像处理和人工智能等技术的发展,计算机视觉以其信息量大、粗度高、通用性好、检测范围大等特点,在焊接领域得到了广泛应用。本文简要介绍服应用于焊接领域的计算机视觉传感技术发展现状,综述该技术在焊接中的典型应用,并在此基础上指出了当前存在的问题及未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:With the development of visual sensing, image processing and artificial intelligence, the computer vision has been widely used lit the field of welding, owing to its abundant information, high precision, generic application,and wide sensing range. In this paper, the state of the art of the computer vision sensing technology used in welding field has been in troduced in brief, and the typical applications of this technology have been reviewed in detail. Based on the above, the exsiting problems, which im pede its wider spread in welding, have been point out, the development tendency of computer vision sensing technology in welding has been pros pected.
