摘    要:采用混凝—沉淀—浸没式超滤工艺进行了处理滦河原水的中试研究,重点考察气水比、通量以及排泥方式对膜污染的影响。结果表明,在低温低浊期采用8:1~10:1的气水比、25L/(m2.h)的通量、每天排泥的工况能很好地延缓膜污染,同时在排泥前空曝气10min对膜污染也有一定的延缓作用。

Abstract:A pilot study on the treatment of Luan River was conducted by coagulationsedimentation-immersed ultrafiltration process.The effects of different gas-water ratio,different flux and the sludge discharging methods on the membrane fouling were investigated preferentially.The results showed that,when the raw water temperature and turbidity were low;under the conditions of the gas-water ratio between 8∶1~10∶1 and the flux of 25 L/(m~2·h),the sludge discharging working condition could alleviate the membrane fouling well,and the adoption of the 10 minutes aeration without permeating before discharging sludge could also delay the membrane fouling.
