摘    要:本文介绍了作者所设计的球头伸缩杆式测量仪的工作原理。这种装置不仅可以测量出数控机床的运动误差,而且可以通过误差矢量的计算,找出误差的主要原因,计算出误差的大小和方位,再通过软件给予补偿,使数控机床加工精度得到提高。

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and principle of the double ball bar designed by the writters,wecan not only measure the motion error of a NC machine tool,but also work out the error vector by using thisdevice. In this Way,we can also find out the main reason which causes the error and calculate the amountand positon of the error. At last,error compensation by using software can improve the accuraey of NC ma-chine tools.
