超高压蒸汽管线是乙烯装置工艺管道施工的重点,超高压管道壁厚大、焊接质量要求高,施工质量对裂解气压缩机和制冷压缩机的试车和正常运行都有重要的影响。本文根据天津100万t/a乙烯装置超高压蒸汽管道项目管理工作体会,对施工过程质量控制的要点和容易出现的质量问题进行了总结。

Key Points of Construction Quality for Super-HP Steam Lines of Ethylene Plant

Super- HP steam lines are the main point of line construction for ethylene plant. Super- HP lines have a big wall thickness and strict welding quality requirement, therefore, the construction quality has a significant effect on the test run and normal operation of the cracked gas compressor. In this article, the author has summarized the main points on quality control and quality problems that tended to occur during construction, based on the experience of management for the super - HP steam lines of 1,000 ,000 t/a ethylene olant.
