低钴储氢合金的研制

摘    要:研究了不同生产工艺制造的低钴储氢合金对MH/Ni电池性能的影响以及与高钴佬氢合金特性的比较。试验结果表明低钴储氢合金冷却速度快,合金化学成份均匀,循环寿命高,但降低了合金活性、电化学放电容量和高倍率放电能力。采用普通浇注的低钴热处理储氢合金的MH/Ni电池的高倍率放电能力和荷电保留优于高钴热处理储氢合金,但循环寿命低于高钴热处理储氢合金。

Abstract:The effects of low Co hydrogen storage alloy with different preduction proces on the gerformance ofMH/Ni battery were investigated and characteristics of low Co hydrogen storage alloy were compared withthose of high Co hydrogen storage alloy. The results showed the faster low Co hydrogen storage alloyquenched, the more homogenous chemical composition of low Co hydrogen storage alloy was and the higher cycle life of MH/Ni battery, but reduced electrochemical diseharg capacity and high rate dischargeability. Thehigh rate dischargeability and charge retention of MH/Ni batteries using low Co hydrogen storage alloy weresuperior to those of MH/Ni batteries using high Co hydrogen storage alloy,but cycle life was inferior to that of high Co hydrogen storage alloy.
