皮革工业副产品及废物系统利用研究概述

有效利用皮革厂副产品，废物和纯化皮革厂废水的整个体系是建立在对该系统基本过程调查结果的基础上的。其设想如下：（１）皮革厂污水处理应视作皮革生产的必要组成部分；（２）皮革生产过程中应尽可能节约水和化学物质；（３）高污染废水应尽可能回收利用；（４）处理皮革废水时应尽可能采用重复使用法则；（５）来自原皮的固体废物应有效地用作蛋白源；（６）最终的污泥应煅烧，其残渣应尽可能利用。

OUTLINE OF THE STUDIES ON SYSTEM ATIC UTILIZATION OF BY-PRODUCTS AND WASTES IN LEATHER INDUSTRIES

The overall system for the effective utilization of tannery by-products and wastes and the purifiCation of tannery effluents has been established on the basis of the results of investigation on the elemental processes of this system with the following several ideas (1) Treatment of tannery effluents should be considered as a esential part of leather manufacture. (2) Water and chemicals should be saved as far as possible in the processes of leather manufacture. (3) Highly polluting waste water should be recovered and utilized as far as possible. (4) The principle of recycling and reuse should be adopted as far as possible in the treatment of tannery effluents. (5) Solid wastes from hides and skins should be effectively utilized as proteinous resources(6) Final sludges should be incinerated and their residues should be utilized as far as possible
