大庆油田固井技术的研究与应用

摘    要:根据大庆油田开发的需要,开展了调整井、探井、深井固井基础理论及应用技术研究与应用,形成了一套满足油田勘探开发的配套完井技术.在调整井固井机理研究、地层压力与流量的预测与控制、调整井配套技术应用、抗高温水泥浆性能研究与应用上形成了特色技术.1999年全面推广应用了声波变密度VDL检测固井质量,淘汰了CBL声幅检测固井质量方法,并根据油田开发需要制定了严格固井质量检测标准及要求.

Abstract:To meet the requirements of Daqing Oilfield developments, we have worked out a set of comenting and completing techniques available for the adjustment wells, exploration wells and deep wells. Cementing mechanism research, techniques for prediction and control of formation pressure and flow rates together with production of anti-high-temperature cement slurry in the adjustment wells have come to maturity. In 1999, CBL technique for cementing quality detection was abandoned, and instead, VDL technique was widely used to inspect the comenting quality in Daqing Oilfield. Strict cementing quality criteria have been formalized.
