工程塑料筒管在筒子纱染色中的应用

圆柱形工程塑料染色筒管由于外径大，相同卷绕量下，筒管直径大者纱层薄，且筒管表面穿孔率高，染液可均匀穿透、循环。筒管采用承压式端面密封，减少了泄漏。且操作非常方便，目前已成功地取代了传统的不锈钢小直径圆锥形、平行钢管、钢丝管染色筒管。

Application of engineering plastic bobbins in cheese dyeing

Owing to bigger external diameter, circular bobbin from engineering plastic for cheese dyeing features thinner yarn layer under the condition of the same winding quantity, higher perforating ratio of bobbin surface, leveling penetration and circulation of dyeing liquor. Pressure and end face seal are supplied to this bobbin so as to decrease leakage and convenient to operation. The bobbin has successfully substitute conventional dyeing bobbins with small diameter from stainless steel cone, parallel steel tube and dyespring.
