| 摘 要： | 以松香，蔗糖，聚丙烯酸酯及异氰酸酯预聚体等为原料，合成了一种单组分聚氨酯清漆。研究了化学组成对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明，当松香蔗糖聚氨酯（ＡＲＳＰＵ）与聚丙烯酸酯（ＰＡ）共混的质量比为６５／３５，而ＡＲＳＰＵ合成中ＡＲＳ与异氰酸酯预聚体的质量比为６５／３５时，漆膜的耐溶剂性能及硬度较为合适。该清漆快干，耐低温，耐油，耐水，耐酸碱性能良好。

| Abstract: | Acrylic rosin sucrose polyurethane (ARSPU) was synthesized from rosin,sucrose,ethylene glycol,butyl acrylate and isocyanate prepolymer.And ARSPU was modified by polyacrylate resin (PA) to give a lacquer.The ratios of raw material were changed and the hardness and solvent resistance of the film were tested.The results show that when the mass fraction of the prepolymer in ARSPU is 35%,and mass ratio of ARSPU/PA is 65/35,the properties of the coating is better.The lacquer is quickdrying,and the hardness,acid resistance,alkali resistance, oil resistance and water resistance of the film are good. |
