摘    要:利用FLUENT对离心风机蜗壳内部流场进行三维数值模拟,得到其流动特征及容积损失情况。针对模拟结果设计出一种圆弧型防涡圈,对加装防涡圈后的离心风机进行数值模拟,结果表明加装防涡圈后的风机,其旋涡强度降低,流场流动得到改善,容积损失大为减少。

Abstract:A three-dimensional numerical simulation on centrifugal fan is conducted with FLUENT in order to investigate the inside flow field. The numerical results show that there are large-scale vortexes and air leaks through the clearance between the inlet cone and blade. To break vortexes and reduce cubage loss, a type of arc anti-vortex rings is installed to the fan. Another numerical investigation is also conducted for the fan with the rings. It is found that the flow field performance is improved and the cubage loss is reduced.
