摘    要:研究了非线性有限元方法在橡胶类材料中的应用.以橡胶缓冲器为例,利用橡胶材料单轴实验所获得的应力-应变曲线,在大型非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc中对其进行曲线的拟合,通过比较选出与其拟合关系较好的曲线作为定义材料特性的依据,从而使有限元计算和实际更加吻合.

Abstract:Method of nonlinear element has been used to the research on large deformation of rubber like material. Withthe famous software-MSC. Marc, nonlinear and contact analysis has been applied to buffer which is made up of rubberlike material. Because there are many constitutive equations for rubber like material, it is difficult to find an appropriateconstitutive equation to agree with the material property. In order to solve the problem, curve fitting with MSC. Marcmay be a appropriate method, by which it can make the finite element analysis accord with the practical situation.
