挤压方法的分类及侧向挤压的特点分析

摘    要:针对不同的挤压方法进行了系统的分类.根据挤压方向和挤出方向之间的相互关系,对侧向挤压这一概念赋予了新的定义,同时也提出了扩径侧向挤压、等径侧向挤压和缩径侧向挤压3个新概念,进一步给出了等径侧向挤压真应变的计算公式,并指出等径侧向挤压法是制备块状细晶材料的一种好方法.

Abstract:The extrusion methods have been classified.According to the moving direction relations between punch and workpiece,a new definition of lateral extrusion has been put forward,at the same time,the new concepts of compressing lateral extrusion,equal-cross section lateral extrusion and stretching lateral extrusion have been put forward too.The strain formulae of the equal-cross section lateral extrusion have been pointed out.The equal-cross section lateral extrusion is a good method to make ultra-fine grain mat...
