摘    要:1998年洪水中 ,湖南省安乡县安造垸城关棉纺厂大堤发生特大管涌而溃决 ,在大流速水流下成功实现了堵口复堤 .文章详细介绍了堵口抢险措施 :第一 ,抢修垸内隔堤 ,减少垸内外水位差 ;第二 ,用钢排架填石锁口 ;第三 ,抛投“铁菱角”垫底 ;第四 ,浮吊抛投合龙 ;第五 ,防止渗漏 ,吹填复堤 .对“铁菱角”的设计、制作、抛投方法作了详尽说明 ,并总结了“铁菱角”堵口的优点 :护底防冲作用好 ,整体联结好 ,充填块石比卵石袋好 .

Abstract:Crevasse repair and bank reinstatement were implemented under high speed water flow in Anxiang County, Hunan Province during the large flood in the Yangtze River Basin in 1998. Five measures for crevasse repair are introduced in details, i.e. building of a separate dike inside the polder to reduce the water level difference at the breach; installation of steel frames for crevasse locking; throwing of iron rock filled cages and rock ripraps, and crevasse closing with floating cranes; and backfilling and leakage treatment. Some methods for design, manufacture and operation of iron cages are described. It is also pointed out that the technology of iron cages is good for bottom protection, anti flushing, and integral connection, and that rock filled iron cages are more effective than pebble filled ones.
