机枪弹弹头连续成型技术

摘    要:针对机枪弹弹头成型工序多、设备多、生产人员多的现象,提出了弹头连续成型集成化技术方案。通过对弹头精确传送技术、弹头精确退模技术、弹头立式辊沟技术、安全控制技术的研究,成功地将弹头成型的8道工序集成到了一台弹头连续成型机上,使弹头装配的生产效率得到大幅提高,降低了产品的生产成本,提高了产品的质量。
