| 摘 要： | 介绍了江天型钢公司对轧辊采取从选材、采购计划、常态库存、孔型样板制作和加工等一系列科学系统化的管理措施，有效降低轧辊库存，减少了轧辊资金占压，提高了资金的利用率。通过对轧辊科学系统化的管理还提高了轧辊使用寿命和废辊再利用，较大地降低了生产成本。

| Abstract: | Jiangtian Section Steel Company took a series of scientific and systematic roller management measures on material selection,purchasing plan,normal stock,pass template preparation and machining,which effectively reduced roller stock,alleviated roller funds tying up and improved capital utilizing efficiency.The roller scientific and systematic management also prolonged roller service life,improved discarded roller reutilization and remarkably lowered production cost. |
