贵州织金磷精矿湿法磷酸工艺的探索

摘    要:针对贵州织金地区磷矿石特点,用二水物湿法磷酸工艺对其浮选精矿进行萃取。通过考察温度、液固比、酸过量系数、时间等因数对P2O5转化率的影响,确定最佳工艺参数。实验结果表明:在反应温度75±3℃,酸过量系数1.03,液固比2.5∶1,反应时间3 h条件下,磷的转化率可达到97.75%。

Abstract:Extraction of P2O5 by dihydrate process of phosphoric acid from phosphate ore of Zhijin,Guizhou was studied based on the characteristic of phosphate ore,and factors such as temperature,ratio of liquid to solid,excess coefficient of sulfuric acid and time consumption on transformation of P2O5 was investigated.Result indicated that the conversion of P2O5 could be reach 97.75% under the condition of 75±3 oC,excess coefficient of sulfuric acid 1.03,ratio of liquid to solid 2.5∶1 and 3 h.
