摘    要:研制出了一种可用于贮水式热水器的新型铝合金牺牲阳极材料,该阳极材料在自来水中的开路电位-1.2~-1.3v(相对于饱和甘汞电极,下同),工作电位-1.1~-1.2v,单位面积上发生的保护电流适中,随水温变化不大,无水垢以及颗粒脱落现象,电流效率大于75%,使用寿命是镁电极的2倍以上,是一种可代替镁阳极的热水器牺牲阳极材料。

Abstract:A type of high active aluminum alloy anode for water heater has been produced. The open circle potential is -1.2 -1.3V(vs. SCE), and the.working potential is -1.2---1.3V, which is nearly the same with magnesium alloy anode. But the unit area current is moderate, and the difference of the current is mild with the change of the water temperature. During the reaction, the phenomena of scale and the falling of the little grains of Mg anode. The current efficiency of Al anode is above 75%, which is much higher than that of Mg anode. The life of Al anode is 2 times longer than Mg anode, which is a better substitute for Mg anode in water heater.
