单片光电集成回路研究进展

摘    要:单片光电集成回路(MOEIC)综合应用微电子、光电子、新型材料生长与加工等高新技术,将光、电元件集成在同一衬底上,具有体积小、成本低、可靠性高等诸多优势,在军事和民用光电系统中都有广泛的应用。回顾了国外单片集成光接收机、单片集成光发射机的研究进程以及国内单片光电集成的技术发展,介绍了作为单片光电集成发展趋势的光电系统或子系统的单片集成、高速Si基单片光电集成等单片光电集成的前沿研究热点。

Abstract:Monolithic opto-electronic integrated circuit(MOEIC) integrates optoelectronic components and electronic components onto one chip.It has the advantages of small size,cost-effective and high reliability,and will be very widely used in the fields of military and civilian.The research on monolithic OEIC receiver and transmitter is reviewed,and the front hot spot,such as monolithic integrating of optoelectronic system or subsystem,Si-based MOEIC and so on,are also discussed.
