| 摘 要： | 阐述了安全联锁和紧急停车联锁的作用；说明了仪表安全系统（SIS）必须独立于分散型控制系统设立的理由；提出了SIS的设计要求；结合200kt／a聚丙烯装置改造工程，分析了选用SIS的特点，并从现场仪表的设计、控制室硬件的设计、系统软件组态三个方面给出了SIS详细设计方案。

| Abstract: | The function of safety interlock and ESD is addressed,the reason that SIS must be independent from DCS is explained.The characters of SIS based on the design requirement for it and a 200 kt/a polypropylene plant revamping is analyzed.The detailed scheme of SIS from three aspects:the design of field instruments,the arrangement of hardware in control room and the programming and debugging of system software are presented. |
