丙烯酸乙酯改性硅油的合成和性能研究

摘    要:以含氢硅油(PHMS)和丙烯酸乙酯(EA)为原料,制得兼有二者性能的丙烯酸乙酯改性硅油。研究了PHMS含氢量和粘度对产品性能的影响,并用二元回归分析法进一步分析了PHMS含氢量和粘度与产品性能的关系。结果表明,PHMS含氢量对产品性能影响比其粘度显著,且PHMS含氢量和粘度越小,产品的性能越佳,其粘温系数为0.61,表面张力为21.2 mN/m。且二元回归方程分别预测了产品的粘度指数、粘温系数和表面张力,误差绝对值分别控制在7.411 8,0.009 1和0.095 3 mN/m内。

Abstract:Poly(methylsiloxane)modified by ethyl acrylate had both properties of ethyl acrylate and poly(methylsiloxane),which was prepared with ethyl acrylate and poly(methylhydrosiloxane).The influence of viscosity and hydrogen amount of poly(methylhydrosiloxane)on properties of product were discussed,and the relation between viscosity,hydrogen amount of poly(methylhydrosiloxane)and property of product was also analyzed by multiple regression with two variables.The result indicated:hydrogen amount of poly(methylhydrosiloxane)had more effect than viscosity of poly(methylhydrosiloxane)on ethyl acrylate modified siloxane.Viscosity and hydrogen amount of poly(methylhydrosiloxane)were smaller,the properties of product were better,the visco-temperature characters was 0.61,the surface tension was 21.2 mN/m.The regression equations were effective and accurate,the absolute values of standard error of viscosity index,viscosity-temperature coefficient and surface tension were limited within 7.411 8,0.009 1 and 0.095 3 mN/m respectively.
