| 摘 要： | 作为重质油加工手段之一的延迟焦化装置在沉寂了多年以后，最近几年得到快速发展，装置规模也越来越大型化，同时新工艺、新技术、新产品不断推出并适时运用到新的延迟焦化装置项目中。其中自动除焦控制系统新技术是提高延迟焦化装置自动化控制水平的重要标志之一。介绍了自动除焦控制系统的特点、结构、控制流程和技术要求，并对其功能的拓展和硬软件的升级换代提出了建议。 |

| Abstract: | Being one of heavy-oil process methods,after a long dreary time,delayed coking developed rapidly in recent years,The scale of delayed coking unit is becoming larger than ever before.New technologies,new products are coming out to be adapted in delayed coking projects.It is noteworthy to say that Auto-Decoking system is one of significant mark in improving auto-control level in delayed coking unit.Its characteristics,framework,process flow control and technical requirements are all elaborated in this dissertation,meanwhile,the author also makes constructive suggestions on its functional expansion and hardware & software upgrading. |
