套管抗内压强度试验研究

摘    要:通过进行全尺寸套管水压试验,确定了177.8mm×12.65mmT140S偏梯形螺纹接头套管(BCSG)的抗内压极限值。对套管在内压载荷作用下的失效形式和失效机理进行了分析;揭示了套管的失效过程和原因。认为这种套管接箍与管体外螺纹接头强度不等,其接箍是弱环节。在选用这种套管时应以接箍强度为设计依据。

Abstract:The internal pressure strength of 177.8mm×12.65mm BCSG is determined by conducting full-size casing test.The failure process and causes are made clear through analysis on the failure morphology and mechanism of the casing with internal pressure.The strengthes of the coupling and pin in this casing are not equal because the coupling is weaker than the pin connection,so the casing should be selected based on coupling strength.
