摘    要:论述了瓷质抛光砖表面被新型纳米防污剂处理前后的显微结构,新型纳米防污剂的表面修复作用和防污机理。纳米防污剂有效填充了抛光砖表面的开口气孔,显著提高了抛光砖的防污特性。经新型纳米防污剂处理的抛光砖具有优异、持久的防污性能。

Abstract:This paper focused on the antifouling properties of the polished ceramic tiles modified by the nano-antifouling agent. The surface morphology and fracture microstructure of the samples were observed. The nano-antifouling agent was found to stuff up the hollows in polished surface perfectly. The antifouling properties of the modified polished ceramic tiles were improved obviously, and they present a good durability. The mechanism of nano-antifouling agent acting on the polished surface of ceramic tiles was discussed and analyzed.
