| 摘 要： | 全封闭卫生填埋是目前流行的城市固体废弃物最终处置方法之一。但是由于技术和经济方面的原因,该方法在实际应用中存在不少问题。笔者提出底部开放的半封闭卫生填埋设计思想,阐述了发展这种填埋方式的合理性和必要性,分析了填埋场渗滤液经由土壤和周围水体的衰减机制,对渗滤液总量控制技术和尚待研究的其它问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | As one of the most popular ways for the disposal of municipal solid wastes, the fully-containing sanitary landfill meets with many problems and difficulties in its practical application. This paper presents the design concept of semicontaining sanitary landfill and elucidates the rationality and necessity of its development. The mechanisms by which landfill leach is attenuated by the surrounding soil and waters are analysed. The total volume control techniques for leaching and other problems needed for further study are discussed. |
