| 摘 要： | 分析SWRH82B盘条拉拔过程中出现笔尖状断口的原因，指出网状渗碳体、芯部马氏体是产生笔尖状断口的主要原因，提出改善SWRH82B盘条网状渗碳体、芯部马氏体的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | The reason of the sharp fracture during drawing the SWRH82B wire rod was analyzed in this paper. Results show that netted texture cementite and centre martensite were the main cause of the sharp fracture. Some control methods to improve the netted texture cementite and centre martensite are studied in this paper. |
