接触分析法在机械密封中的应用

摘    要:采用Ansys中的接触分析模块,以涨圈密封工程实例为对象,对密封圈的接触应力状况进行了分析.结果显示接触应力轴向分布为:两边最大,在中间位置附近接触应力达到最小且趋于常数.计算得到的接触应力数值远大于理论计算得到的许用应力值,说明该设计的密封效果是比较好的.当一定的液压施加在密封圈后,接触应力远小于材料的许用应力值,表明在密封过程中材料不会发生疲劳现象.

Abstract:Based on the case of piston ring seal engineering,this paper analyzes the contact stress conditions of sealing ring by means of the contact analysis modules in Ansys.The results demonstrate that in axial distribution the contact stress reaches the maximum value on either border or the minimum and tends to be a constant nearby the medium line.The calculated contact stress value is much greater than the allowable stress value by theoretical calculation,which shows that the sealing effect of the design is comp...
