摘    要:注水井中封隔器长期工作后,因胶筒失效而不解封.在对注水井作业时,由于井下压力作用,会出现油管从井下大量窜出的现象,简称喷管,使作业不能正常进行,并且使大量油管报废,还极易造成安全事故.为解决这一问题,设计了注水井防喷管卡瓦.文章介绍了该卡瓦的结构、工作原理及设计要点.现场试验表明,在油管上顶力为120 kN时,该卡瓦能可靠工作.

Abstract:The packer rubber is likely to fail and lead water injection operation. Subjected to high pressure the well, which is refered to as pipe blowout. When to malfunction when used in a well for a long time in in the well, the oil pipes are liable to be blown out of this happens, normal operation will have to be suspended and lots of oil pipes will be wasted. Serious safety problems will be consequently produced as a result. To solve this problem, a set of pipe-blowout preventer slip used in water injection well has been designed. In this paper, the designs of the components, working principal and designing feature are covered. The on-site test shows that this device is reliable to sustain an up-lift oressure of 120 kN.
