关于人工煤气色谱分析解决方案的研究

摘    要:文章根据目前人工煤气分析中所采用的气相色谱方法的柱阀系统配置进行了总结和改进,得出了四套解决方案。这些方案可根据煤气厂的煤气组分选取,在煤气组分重组分较多时,可选用方案三和四以利于色谱柱和检测器再生;在煤气组分主要为轻组分时,可选取方案一和二以方便快捷。

Abstract:This paper summarizes and improves the configuration of column-valve system of gas chromatography technology in the process of manufactured gas analysis, and provides four solutions. The manufactured gas enterprise can choose one of the solutions according to the gas components , Solution 3 & 4 are applicable for manufactured gas where there are much more heavy hydrocarbon components, while Solution 1 & 2 are applicable for manufactured gas where there are much more light hydrocarbon components.
