水化膨胀复合堵漏工艺技术

摘    要:长庆西峰油田侏罗系洛河组地层埋深为700~1100m,垂直和水平裂缝发育,钻探过程中井漏发生频繁,用常规桥塞堵漏、注水泥浆堵漏效果差,耗时耗物,严重影响施工进度。为此研究出了水化膨胀复合堵漏技术。该技术首先根据材料的特性和作用优选桥接堵漏材料;并引入水化膨胀材料和刚性纤维材料,以强化桥塞强度;然后使用DLM-01型堵漏模拟装置对各种材料的粒度分布和混配比例进行优化,优选配方能够封堵住架桥粒子粒径1.5~2倍尺寸的裂缝。以此为基础提出了两步法堵漏工艺,有效解决了因漏失通道开口尺寸判断不清而导致的堵漏成功率低的问题。该项技术在白马北区水源3井1次堵漏成功,显示出优良的堵漏效果,为处理严重漏失提供了新的技术途径。

Abstract:In Block Xifeng in Changqing Oilfield, Fractures developed both vertically and horizontally in the Luohe Group of the Jurassic Formations, which is 700-1100 meters in depth. Mud losses occurred frequently and could not be stopped successfully using regular plugging material and cement squeezing. A plugging technology using hydrating and swelling materials have been developed recently. The technology encompasses the optimization of bridging LCM (lost circulation materials), the use of materials that are a-ble to hydrate and swell in contact with water, and rigid fibrous materials. The introduction of these materials increases the strengths of the bridging and plugging materials in place. Using the Model DLM-01 lost circulation simulator to optimize the particle size distribution and the relative quantity of each materials incorporated. The optimized plugging agents can be used to plug fractures 1. 5-2 times in sizes of the plugging agents themselves. Based on this optimization a "two-step" plugging technology was developed, which, after field application, proved successful in sealing the fractures whose sizes were not clearly defined. This technology was successfully used in Bai Ma Bei area, and provided an access to the success of plugging severe mud losses formations.
