微乳型改性聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂的合成与应用

摘    要:乳化剂和助表面活性剂加入核单体用转相分散法制成预乳液,再聚合成微乳型有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂,并对乳液性能进行测定。该粘合剂粒径小,50nm左右,成膜细微光洁,性能稳定,整理的涤纶织物手感、透湿性良好,还有增深效果。适合于超细纤维的应用

Abstract:Emulsifying agent and complementary surfactant were added to the nuclear monomer and pre-emulsion was prepared by phase transfer dispersing method. Then silicone-modified microemulsion polyacrylate adhesive was polymerized. The properties of the emulsion were tested. The size of particles of it is about 50nm. The film formed is smooth and stable. The polyester fabric treated with the microemulsion has soft handle, good moisture permeability and deepening effect. The microemulsion adhesive is fit for the superfine fibre.
