摘    要:利用地区农副产品的资源而研制出不同风味的花果山柿子系列产品,既可做调味品,也可做饮品,都具有极好保健价值。阐述了花果山柿子醋研制的工艺过程和技术关键,介绍了产品的特点及价值。

Abstract:The paper refers to several kinds of persimmon vinegar with different flavor,produced from native agricultural by-products,not only as condiment but also as vinegar beverage.It has high value in care healthy.In this paper the study processes and production techniques of persimmon vinegar are expatiated and the feature and value of the products are also introduced.
