| Abstract: | The paper refers to several kinds of persimmon vinegar with different flavor,produced from native agricultural by-products,not only as condiment but also as vinegar beverage.It has high value in care healthy.In this paper the study processes and production techniques of persimmon vinegar are expatiated and the feature and value of the products are also introduced. |
