摘    要:为解决传统检测设备难以对弹药筒进行高速、高精无损检测的问题,采用漏磁检测法检测弹药筒,设计了用于弹药筒无损探伤的检测系统,该系统采用弹药筒原地旋转、漏磁检测探头管体外全覆盖的漏磁检测方式。设计了可调节探靴、U形磁轭磁化机构,使用磁头式精密漏磁检测阵列探头拾取微细裂纹产生的漏磁场,根据弹药筒规格合理提取多通道中有效检测信号并分析缺陷信号和典型误报信号的特征,进行减少误判的信号处理。该检测系统满足多规格弹药筒高速、高精的漏磁检测需求,单机检测时间可达每件4 s,最小检出深度达0.05 mm。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that the traditional detecting system was difficult to achieve high speed and high precision detection for cartridges, a high-speed magnetic flux leakage detection for cartridges was designed. Cartridge spins around covered array probe which made up of magnetic head that might pick up the leakage magnetic fields of microcracks. U-shaped magnetic yoke magnetization and adjustable detection shoe were designed to meet the demands for cartridges with different sizes. According to the specifications of cartridges, effective detection signals were collected and the signal processing methods that might reduce misjudgments were used. Eventually, the automated testing processes of cartridges were achieved. The research results show that the system may improve testing efficiency of testing a cartridge every four seconds and with the minimum detection depth of 0.05 mm.
