旋压带轮的非线性有限元分析

摘    要:建立了旋压带轮的有限元非线性计算模型,结合旋压带轮的几种典型工况进行非线性接触分析,得到4种典型工作位置的整体应力分布、接触应力分布及整体变形,并对带轮进行了动态特性分析,将其对应的临界转速与工作转速进行比较分析.该工作对旋压带轮的非线性有限元分析的研究与开发具有一定的理论参考和实际应用价值.

Abstract:The nonlinear finite element model of the spin pulley is established.In combination with several typical working conditions,the integral stress distribution,contact stress distribution and whole deformation of the spin pulley are calculated in given parameters at four typical positions.And the dynamic characteristic analysis of the pulley is compared with its working speed.The nonlinear finite element analysis for the spin pulley offers references for further research.
