| 摘 要： | 阐述了桩基础是建筑工程强制监管的重要内容，针对混凝土灌注桩基础中的常见缺陷，对人工挖孔桩、钻孔灌注桩等．提出了相应的防治措施，并提出了桩基质量监督的一些关键技术问题。
