我国轧钢生产技术近年来的进步与发展（二）

总结了近几年我国轧钢生产技术的进步,其主要体现在钢材品种结构调整基本满足了国民经济发展的需要;轧钢装备现代化和国产化工作的重大突破为提高产能、提升品种及质量创造了良好条件;轧钢生产技术经济指标进一步提高;轧钢技术自主创新取得一批重要成果,核心技术的自主创新出现了可喜进展。众多新产品与新技术的研发成功缩小了我国与国际轧钢技术先进水平的差距。对于轧钢技术的发展,着重提出:要把资源、能源与环境问题作为轧钢技术创新和进步的战略任务;应更加关注先进、成熟、重要技术的应用与提高,如提高热装温度和热装比,低温轧制与轧制润滑技术,控轧控冷技术及装备,精细操作技术等。

Advancement and Development of Steel Rolling Technologies in China(2)

The advancements of steel rolling technologies in China were summarized.It was embodied several aspects as following:(1)the structure adjustment of steel products can meet the need of national economy de- velopment.(2)the modernization and domestic production of steel roiling equipment is creatived good condition for improving productivity and products quality.(3)the economical indexes have been improved.(4)the core techniques innovation have good effects.Meanwhile,some suggestions for steel rolling technology development were put forward.The author pointed out that the resource,energy and environment problems must be taken as the strategic tasks of steel rolling industry,and the advanced mature and important techniques should be more attended.
