| 摘 要： | 视频会议是当前Internet应用研究中的热点。文章研究了跨平台的视频会议中语音和视频实时传输的关键问题。提出了基于实时传输协议RTP和多路广播地址方式的多媒体通信解决方案，并且研究了分布环境下的控制策略。最后提出了在跨平台的多媒体视频会议中的一个具体应用。

Research and Implementation of Multimedia Communication Based on Heterogeneous Platforms |

| Abstract: | ： Video Conference is the focus in the current research on the Internet based applications．The paper analyzes the key problems on real time audio and video communication on heterogeneous platforms，then puts forward an implementation based on RTP and IP Multicasting and later investigate the control mechanism on a distributed system．At last，an application in a cross－platform video conference system is brought forward and illustrated． |
