基于Lotus／Domino的OA系统信息安全

Lotus Domino／Notes有可靠的安全机制，但是这些都是技术层面的，在具体的实施过程中还会出现这样那样的问题，如果要建设一个对信息安全要求较高的OA系统，必须在安全方面进行细致、综合的考虑。在OA的建设过程中，通过不断的实践，总结出一些如何保证系统安全实施的经验：首先规范用户ID文件的安全管理；其次建立OA系统信息安全分类标准；然后根据domino系统的开发特点建立软件开发维护服务管理规范。

The Information Security of OA System Based on Lotus/Domino

Lotus Domino/Notes has a very reliable security mechanism technically,but that not means every Lotus Domino/Notes system is secure.In order to establish an OA system on Lotus/Domino with relatively higher security level,there are lots of things to be done.The most important are:(1)To normalize the management of user's ID file;(2)To establish the classification standards of the OA information security;(3)To establish management speci- fications of the software development and maintenance and service based on the Domino development characteristics.
