| 摘 要： | 由于装饰工程市场的竞争激烈,"低价中标"易引发恶性低价竞争,对投资控制和工程质量不利。应合理编制装饰工程招标文件,根据不同装饰工程项目的特点,制定针对性的评标定标办法和合同条款,同时加强行业监管,促进装饰行业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Because of heated comptetions in decoration industry market, construction enterprises winning bid in low price could lead to blind competition, which is unfavorable for investment control and project quality. The paper put forward establishing decoration bidding files rationally, making special evaluation method and contract articles according to different projects, and strengthening industry supervision for improving this industry development. |
