摘    要:陕西省石头河水电站 4#卧式水轮发电机组采用金属弹性氟塑料瓦代替原巴氏合金推力瓦、导轴瓦取得了令人满意的效果 ,本文对该瓦的结构特点、应用前景作了介绍 ,亦为老水电站机组降低运行温度 ,延长大修周期 ,提高机组效率等方面提供了借鉴经验

Abstract:The metal elasticity fluoroplactic is used in place of the babbit metal thrust bearing ring and guild half bearing has achieved satisfactoy effectiveness in horizontal water turbin motor generator of Shituohe hydropower station, Shannxi province. The structure feature of the beraing ring and the appliction are introduced, which may provide some experience for the old plant in order to reduce running temperature, to prolong overhaul period and to advance plant unit efficiency etc.
