摘    要:提出了一种利用遗传算法和校核公式直接进行齿轮传动优化设计的方法,把优化约束条件转化到二进制遗传编码和适应度函数中,使得优化的可行域变为变量的数值范围,从而简化了优化的数学模型和优化迭代过程;提出了不同设计原则下的3种适应度函数并进行了实例设计,得到了不同的多组解,为用户根据齿轮传动的具体工况选择合适的设计结果提供了依据。

Abstract:By using the genetic algorithms and the strength formula, the optimal design of gear transmission can be carried out directly. The constraint conditions were transformed into binary code and fitness functions, so that the feasible region of optimization became into the range of the variables. In this way the mathematical model and the iterative procedure had been simplified. Three kinds of fitness functions based on different design requirements were proposed and practical disigning were carried out. Different solutions were obtained based on the different fitness functions so that the user can select the suitable solution according to the working condition of the gear transmission.
