1000 MW级机组高压厂用电系统采用6 kV-40 kA一级电压的探讨

摘    要:通过对电动给水泵、引风机2个电动机最大的辅机选型的分析,确定控制单台电动机容量小于8800kW的途径;利用老厂资源或优化设计的方式,控制厂用电总联结负荷小于116MW。基于上述2个条件,1000MW级机组采用4段6kV-40kA高压厂用电系统是可行的,为1000MW机组节约初投资、节能减耗提供参考。

Abstract:Through type selection analysis of 2 largest auxiliaries,electric feed water pump and fan,of electric motors,the ways to limit single motor capacity below 8 800 kW are determined;by using resources from old plant or design optimization,total auxiliary power load can be limited under 116 MW.Based on above two conditions,it is feasible to use 4-section 6 kV-40 kA auxiliary power system for 1 000 MW units,providing reference for saving initial costs,energy saving,and reducing energy consumption.
