城市时代的“危机”因素与应对

笔者从“城市时代”的概念分析入手 ,在分析西方发达国家城市发展经验教训和城市规划理论借鉴的基础上 ,针对中国国情 ,提出面对城市时代的“危机”因素。分析的层面主要包括经济、技术、行政或政策、社会公众、资源与环境 ,以及历史文化与美学等六项。本文采用表格的形式 ,分别列出各层面最主要的三项“可能产生的不利影响”和相应对策建议。不利的影响既可能是城市外部因素造成的 ,也可能是城市内部机制未能作有效的应对而造成的。文旨希望对当前中国城市规划理论和实践的研究有所参考

The Crisis and Reply of the Urban Age

The author starts with the concept of the urban age, analyses the experiences of urban development and urban planning theory in the western countries, as well as the situation of China. It discusses the crisis factors in the urban age, from the economic, technological, administrative, social, and environmental layers. This paper lists three main factors and the corresponding policies of each layer, being hoped to contribute to the planning theory and practice research in China.
