摘    要:为配合实现钻井大提速,各油气田对定向井井眼轨迹控制提出了更高要求。不仅要求能控制好井眼轨迹,减少钻井中各种事故的发生,而且要求高效、快速优质的施工。面对井下工况复杂多变、甲方对钻井工程质量标准要求提高等不利因素,以前的一些常规技术已经不能胜任。为此,依靠科技进步,加强技术创新,对三稳定器钻具结构进行研究,从三稳定器钻具结构模型建立入手,分别设计出稳斜、增斜、降斜三稳定器钻具组合,并在某区块进行试验,探索出三稳定器钻具组合使用的一些规律,改变以往单纯依靠单、双稳定器控制井斜和方位的局面。结果表明,使用三稳定器钻具组合后在钻井速度、工程质量等方面较以前都有明显的提高,缩短了钻井周期,降低了单井钻井成本。

Abstract:To increase ROP of drilling, higher demands are put forward on well track control of directional well. Now some conventional techniques are insufficient to the complex downhole situation and the high quality drilling engineering standard. Therefore, the structure of the tri-stabilizer drilling tool is studied. Based on the model of the tri-stabilizer structure, the holding angle, building angle and dropping angle BHA with tri-stabilizer are designed and applied to certain block. Some rules of BHA with tri-stabilizer are concluded which changes traditional complexion that only single stabilizer and double stabilizer are used to control well deviation and well orientation. The results show that tri-stabilizer assembly can obviously increase ROP, improve engineering quality, and shorten drilling period and decrease drilling cost.
