摘    要:分析了催化裂化再生烟气中SOx,NOx和CO对环境、装置等的影响;介绍了LTA-1助剂的作用机理、助剂研制以及实验室评价结果;重点介绍了该助剂在中国石化济南分公司Ⅰ套催化裂化装置上的应用情况。结果表明,首先按催化剂藏量的2.5%将助剂加入装置,然后每天按催化剂单耗的2.5%补入助剂,可使再生烟气中的SOx质量浓度平均降低67.4%;在不停加原来使用的铂基助燃剂的基础上,可使再生烟气中的NOx质量浓度平均降低40.4%;并且对产品分布和产品性质没有不利影响。

Abstract:The impacts of SOx, NOx and CO from regenerator flue gas on environment and FCC unit, etc are discussed. The working mechanism, preparation methods and laboratory results of LTA-1 additive, especially the results of commercial application in FCCU in SINOPEC Jinan Petrochemical Company are introduced. The results showed that when the first addition of additive was made at a dosage of 2.5% of catalyst inventory and followed by a make-up of 2.5 % of catalyst consumption each day, the SOx and NOx in flue gas were reduced by 67.4% and 40.4% respectively with addition of Pt-based combustion promoter. There is no negative impact on product qualities and product distribution.
