| 摘 要： | 分析了支架簧的冲压工艺,设计了零件的排样方案,介绍了模具冲裁凸、凹模镶件及压弯成形镶件的固定方式及条料的脱模、送进和定位方式及主要模具材料的选用。着重介绍了类似U形弯的成形方式及主要模具零部件的设计过程。可为其他类似形状零件的模具设计提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The stamping technique of a bracket spring was analyzed. The layout design of the component was designed, and the die structure was proposed. The blanking mode of punch and die plate inserts, the fixing mode of bending forming inserts, and the stripping, feeding and positioning mode of band materials were presented. The selection of main die materials was proposed. The shaping mode of U-shaped bent part and the design process of main die components were discussed in detail. |
