统筹法在油气田开发中的应用

基于我国油气资源储量增长缓慢、油气田开发中各项工程或工作繁复的现状，经验或传统管理方法往往难以胜任，应积极采用各种不同的方法加强管理。提出了将统筹图和时间参数计算相结合应用到油气田开发中的方法，将油气田开发中的主要4个阶段（油气藏评价阶段、开发方案制定阶段、产能建设阶段、开发调整与提高采收率阶段）分别作出主要单元统筹图，探讨了时间参数计算方法。结果表明，按照该方法进行资源分配和进度安排，将经验科学化、可视化、量化，避免了工程开发的滞后，同时可以提高开发效率、降低成本。

Application of PERT Network in Oil-Gas Field Development

Based on the slow growth of oil and gas reserves in our country , various complicated projects and traditional management methods , active method is put forward by combining PERT network schem and time pa-rameters calculation application to the development of oil and gas fields , to make the main unit PERT network schem of the four main stages in the development of oil and gas fields .They are reservoir evaluation stage, de-velopment program formulation stage, deliverability building stage, the development adjustment and recovery ratio enhancing stage in exploring the time parameter calculation method .After making resource allocation and schedules according to this method, the experience is scientific, visible, quantitative, by avoiding the engi-neering development lag, improveing development efficiency, reducing costs, and achieving good economic benefit.
