| 摘 要： | 阐述了智能电网研究发展、电力市场建设的背景情况、概念和特性，分析了智能配电网优先发展的物理基础、技术支撑、以及市场驱动和经济效益，对我国智能配电网的技术进步进行了分析和介绍。最后，从电力市场环境下的全局视角，阐释了智能配电网革新将作为智能电网建设的首要切入点，以及它所带动的技术革新以及社会、经济收益。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the research and development of intelligent power grid, the power market construction background, concept and characteristics, analyses the physical basis and technical support of giving priority to the de- velopment of smart distribution network as well as market driver and economic benefit. Technical progress of Chinag smart distribution network is analyzed and introduced. Finally, from the view of the whole electricity market environ- ment, it explains the innovation of smart distribution network will serve as the primary point of smart grid construc- tion, drive technology innovation and obtain social and economic benefits. |
