摘    要:某电厂5A引风机进行以节能为目的的变频改造,运行频率由固定频率的50Hz改为13.5~50Hz,改造后的试验过程中发生了引风机电动机短轴事故。文章利用金相组织、扫描电镜等手段系统分析了电动机断口,并对轴系的安全性进行了分析,包括断口部分的应力分析、轴系扭转固有频率计算以及疲劳强度分析。分析结果认为,扭转共振是造成此次引风机电机断轴的主要原因。

Abstract:The inverter of induced draft fan 5 A was retrofitted for energy saving of a power plant. The operating fre- quency changed from 50 Hz to 13.5 -50 Hz. During the after-retrofit test,induced draft fan motor shaft broke. Sever- al approaches were used to analyze the fracture through metallurgical structure analysis and scanning electron micro- scope. The shaft system safety was also analyzed including fracture stress analysis, calculation of torsional natural fre- quencies of shaft system and fatigue strength analysis. The result showed that torsional resonance is the main reason of induced draft fan motor shaft failure.
