| 摘 要： | 根据连接架的结构特点,分析了零件的工艺性,结合公司降成本要求,对模具传统工艺进行合并,开发了落料成形冲孔复合模.详细介绍了模具的整体结构和各个部件之间的运动关系.生产试验表明模具设计合理,结构可靠,能保证零件的成形质量,满足批量生产的要求.

| Abstract: | Combination forming die is exploited on the base of combining the mould technics and considering the requirement of cutting cost after analysing technics character of the component according to the structural characteristics of the joint frame. Motion relation is particular introduced between the mould''s main structure and every part. The mould''s rationality of designing and reliability of its structure indicated in production test ensure the forming quality of those parts and satisfy the requirement of mass production. |
