| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the influence of IT on the utility application systems briefly, and discusses the problems that need to be taken into account while designing an integrative utility application systems, that are, how to implement the interoperability and the highly sharing of information as well as how to enhance the reliability of the application systems. Then the paper presents an MAS based architecture of the utility application systems. |
